Owner is very knowledgeable and efficient . I dropped my car off that morning for repairs and was able to pick up same day.

Took my Range Rover to have a transmission replaced...After the owner of Hot Rod Performance stated that's what was wrong with my car...Owner said he could replace it with no problems.... Owner replace the transmission but couldn't do the last steps so the car could run or put transmission in it...after telling me he was capable of doing the job...I had to tow my car to mobile to get the job finished and pay more money... owner was very rude..I wouldn't let him repair a bike... definitely a shade tree mechanic...I highly wouldn't recommend...the only reason I gave him one star is because I couldn't post my review until I press at least one star....He doesn't deserve any stars...trash

Went there to get brakes and rotors put on but when I came back he had took my clutch out of my car and then told me I need to pay him to put the clutch back in because he had already taken it out a job that cost two 300 bucks then cause $1,000 big rip off do not go to him very rude

I took my car to the shop to get my transmission put on. He put the transmission on real good day later my engine light come on saying I need a Cadillac convertible and everything. He gave me a receipt from him without his name on it I asked him did he drive it he said no I stand by my boats so I would never take my car to him again because ain’t no way if I take my car to you and I ain’t got no engine light on I should not leave with the engine light on. I would never recommend nobody to the car Shop I will never recommend this person before I brought my car to that person I was able to use my gear switch on my car to start my car now I can’t start my car with my key switch on my key. This person should never work on. nobody called. He told me he stand by his boat, not his work, but his boats give me a receipt, but not with his name on I blocked him. I pray to God I never call him. I will not recommend nobody to this person.

He is honest and all about the customer's needs to be back on the road. Does A+ work and has the best prices in town. Thanks Rod for a job that was greater than my expectations. I will recommend him to all my families, friends, and public. Most definitely will be the only technician to work on my vehicles.
